Cardamom, or cardamom, is a spice that comes from the seeds of various plants of the Elettaria genus.

USES: Cardamom is used as a flavoring and seasoning in cooking, in both food and drink, and as a medicine. Green cardamom is used as a spice, as a chew (a.k.a. gum), and in medicine; sometimes also as a smoke (a.k.a. a cigarette). Green cardamom can also be used as an ingredient in baharat. In Greece, it is usually used in king pies at New Year's.
