Discounts
The discounts mentioned on the products are calculated on the net value and not on the respective tax.
Orders
Your order is considered received by evosmofood.gr from the moment you receive information about it using the email address and/or by phone at the number you will have registered during your order. There is no minimum order limit.
Availability
For all the products contained in the catalogs of evosmofood.gr there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse and the possible delivery day. This way you will be able to very easily find out before placing your order which of our products are available in our warehouses and immediately deliverable, which products are not immediately available but we are waiting for a specified date to receive them from our suppliers (3-4 days & 10-15 days ) and finally which products are not available but we are expecting information from our suppliers (upon order) about the exact date of their receipt. Nevertheless, you can send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses and we will contact you via e-mail and/or phone, within a reasonable period of time, to inform you of the possible time receipt of the product from the supplier and its subsequent delivery to you. In this case, you have the possibility, if you consider that this time period does not satisfy you, to request the revocation of the order of the product in question.
In any case, it must be made clear that the above delivery time of your order also depends on the availability of the products in our warehouses.
In addition, we provide you with the possibility to choose whether you wish to receive all the products, which may, due to their different availability, have a different delivery time, with a shipment to their place of delivery at the latest date and as soon as it is possible to deliver them to the courier service or you receive in installments the time-dependent items that can be delivered to you.
VAT
The listed prices of the various products available through evosmofood.gr include the statutory VAT. tax.
For certain areas of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply and if your order is made with an invoice then the VAT which will be calculated will be the equivalent of your area.
The prices of the products listed on evosmofood.gr can be changed at any time without notice but without having effect on the order that has already been registered. The indicated prices of the products are valid for purchases only from evosmofood.gr.
In the event that a small or limited stock of a discounted product has been made available, "EVOSMON" Quality Food Station reserves the reasonable right to carry out the relevant orders based on the satisfaction of as many of its customers as possible and in order of priority of receiving the order.
"EVOSMON" Quality food station, tries to provide you with high quality products and services, despite this and in the context of good faith, it is not responsible and is not bound for any mistakes or errors in information, features or photos as well as product prices listed on evosmofood .gr and cannot guarantee that there will be no errors for any reason when entering and/or updating a product's data.

You are solely responsible for the selection of a product and its suitability for the purposes or applications for which you selected it.
Order Delivery and Product Ownership
The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be sent to you in the manner indicated here.
Shipping costs and Shipping Method are the customer's responsibility. "EVOSMON" Quality food station, has made a contract with ELTA's DOOR-DOOR courier service.
Note :
1. The DOOR - DOOR service transports the products from CITY to CITY and delivers them to the recipient's address.
For deliveries to villages, the recipient will be notified by the post office of his area to receive the parcel.

Force majeure

However, in the event that a defective product is proven to be found in the quantities delivered, ORFANOS DIMITRIOS assumes responsibility for the repair/exchange of the products at its own shipping costs.
